With inflation out of control, why on earth would you want to? I live here, so I can criticize a bit. However, to help...

There are national banks, and some "private banks".  Most have surprisingly good websites, so someone who speaks your language can get in touch with you.

Interest rates are currently below official inflation rates, which are below real inflation. So if you are seeking a return, on the wrong road for the foreseeable future.  If you have time, property might be good if it all ever turns around. If you want to launder money, no experience there, but "invest" and "Argentina" do not play well at the moment.  Although I love where I live. Check another country?

Good luck.
