Private schools for expat children

msgwenivere

Well, apologies in advance if you’re thinking as you read this message while rolling your eyes, NOT THIS QUESTION AGAIN!!

After conducting what feels like extensive research on the subject of private schools for expat children, I still have questions that can only be answered by those who have personal experiences at the schools so I’m hoping you’re able to help me.

We’re likely to be living in Saar due to work location which rules out schools like Nadeen which will be in Dilmuna. I feel it’s a shame as it seems to be a good school and the facilities will be amazing and brand new.

Being in Saar, I guess we’re left with two choices, BSB or St C for 9 and 11yo boys relocating from New Zealand.

it’s important for us to have attentive teachers and not be lost in a huge class as the class size here is relatively small at a maximum of 20.

there must be a balanced curriculum and preferably British, Cambridge or IB.

I look forward to your advice and thank you for your time in advance!

Well both are good schools. But for experiences, you are better off posting on the mums in bahrain Facebook group.
