Article 92, 122k applying for TRC

Hi! I am coming to Portugal from Dubai with my 11.4 years old son.My plan is to get TRC for my son through article 92 (minor student) then i will apply for TRC for me under the article 122k. I will not do any job or self activity as my husband will financially support me from dubai. My question is when i apply for TRC, SEF will ask me to show any job contract or any self activity? I mean job or any self activity is mandatory to get TRC?
