Lmra fine is not paid by employer

My valid visa in another company but am working in different company but the owner of both are same he is Indian but the cr is different. Few months ago the lmra staff searched our office unfortunately got me in there . So they gave penalty of 1000 bd but until now my owner is not paid the fine. Now the case transfer to court. So what is consequence?? The lawyer said half chance only to get visa renewal . Other thing is deportation.

Is the fine on you or the company?聽聽If its on the company, even paying doesn't put you in the clear.聽 There is a high chance of deportation regardless.

It's mostly a permanent ban from obtaining a visa.

They will tell you in the notification where it can be paid.
