Aqama expiry want to transfer new kafeel

Hwll salam alaikum my aqama expired happen 2 months and company also in red my 1 year contract finished but in this march he renew the contact again for 1 year in this condition can I take transfer to new kafeel without company permission or not

It is better to negotiate with the employer than to put yourself in trouble. Read Article 77 and he can issue you final exit visa.

Inform your company that you got the new sponsor and work and take the transfer. since your company is in red then it is also beneficial for them if you move out.

their will be no need to get the company approval on qiwa transfer request as they are in red.
