Hi, I applied for Police Clearance Certificate from Yanbu. The police dept. said that fingerprints of my both thumbs are not appearing in system (rest all fingerprints are ok and appearing). Therefore they issued me a manual certificate instead of digital. However, I need a proper digital certificate. Police advised me to visit Jawazat in Yanbu to resolve missing fingerprint issue. But in Jawazat, I couldn't get it solved as no body is clearly understanding the issue neither giving proper advice. I need help here, as I need digital certificate mandatory. I would appreciate any guidance here how to solve this issue or where to exactly visit ??  For information, my fingerprint status in Absher is appearing Ok / enrollment updated. Thanks in Advance.
