Yes it's legally passible

As per Saudi law, your allowed for only one wife (ESTIQDADM) and 2nd wife can come with visit visa.

Just a little clarification needed... if we call the 2nd Spouse on Visa ... Will it make any issue for calling the 1st wife via ESTIQDAM (company Sponsored visa) later on???

It's the opposite brother. I have kids from 1st only. So,I intend to call the 1st via ESTEQDAAM, & 2nd on Visit.

However I intend to call the 1st one before the 2nd..that's why I wasn't sure if I can keep both with me here in KSA together

you can keep both of them but not via Estiqdam. only one Estiqdam and the other one visit visa.

the government dept. should know about this.

I think it is possible as others have already explained.

I will suggest that you make the Estiqdam procedures first without bringing your 1st wife, then you call the 2nd one visit visa.

Later, you can call the 1st wife as you have all the papers ready.

Assuming the time gap between the two call is not too long.

It is possible hopefully, AFAIK.
