Minimum Bank balance to be reported under CRS

Good morning,

Do we know if there is a minimum amount in the bank account for the bank to report it to the country of origin of the owner by 30 June 2024?

What balance would they take into account, the one on 30 December 2023 or June 2024?

Being from the US, I am required to report my balance in Thai banks as of the end of a tax year. I report in April, and I report the balance at that time. But that's just me.
