I have just updated my Spass to Epass on this Sept

in the same company. Do anyone know whether I can proceed for PR application or I still need to wait for a 6 month period for my Epass status.

You should at least wait until you completed 3 years working in Singapore, otherwise your approval chances are very low!

According to your profile, you are Singaporean (not Indian). If that is not true, please correct it!

You can apply for PR. Among the (few) points you mention, "race - Indian" is the only negative. Bt of course they will consider many other criteria, like where/what you work, how much you earn, whether you are well integrated and active in the society, and (last but not least) age, family status and kids - marrying a Singaporean and having a son would be the best course of action to increse your chances!
