If a Thai wife wants a divorce and says let's go to Amphur to sign papers...

Is my non O marriage visa still valid until it's expiration date or does it end now?

Your Visa still valid BUT in fact it will not be valid anymore as you wont be married anymore to a Thai girl.. Don't worry, just think a solution to make a new visa as soon as you can to avoid any immigration problem. ***
