Hello everyone. I have got Marraige back in 2022 with Brazilian. Later we attested our marraige certificate from Brazil embassy Islamabad pakistan. We have enough age difference like 28 years. But my visa got rejected 3 times from Brazil Embassy Islamabad Pakistan. Later I decide to came Saudi Arabia I spend 3 months 24 days then I was applied for Brazil Family Reunion Visa but it was Denied. Kindly suggest me I'm thinking to invite my wife Saudi Arab stay at least 3 months then I will apply for the visa, give proof to embassy send her passport and Saudi Arab visa it will work out..???. If someone have Experience kindly share with me. I am looking forward to hear from you soon.

Perhaps the Brazilian authorities have repeatedly failed to believe in the veracity of you marriage? Repeated applications will not change anything, as there will be a record that you have been refused many times before? Not sure what you can do about that, as we have no idea what the reasoning for refusal was...

03/05/24 @Mantharali99.  As I told you in April 2023 (almost a year ago! -- /forum/viewtopic.p … 14#5665866) you were probably rejected originally because your wife was not present at the Embassy to vouch for the authenticity of your marriage claim, and you will continue to be rejected until she is physically with you, with all her required documents, to answer any questions that the Embassy staff poses.  As I also said then as a Brazilian citizen, she can do something that you can't do:  she can demand to speak with a consular officer if you're rejected again, and expect to be heard.  So, it's good that you're finally talking about having her join you.

The fact that you're now in Saudi Arabia adds one more unfortunate complication:  adding a third country to the mix always does, and I'm not sure what the impact of that will be, although it's unlikely to be helpful.  The good news is that for the purposes of your visa, your wife doesn't need to be in Saudi Arabia for three months -- or three weeks or three days -- in order to request your visa.  She can do that as soon as she gets off the plane, if you two can get an appointment at the Embassy that fast.  Good luck.

@abthree I agreed with you 99% but from third country it will creat good impact on my visa because from Pakistan Embassy Islamabad Pakistan they're denying always there is many people are applying for the visa even many people got Married from Brazil so that's why there's huge case of family Reunion visa at Brazil Embassy Islamabad Pakistan so that's why embassy strick rules for the Pakistani maybe overall the world. Again I'm not giving up I'm inviting her to Saudi Arab I'm trying to apply for the visa hope so it will work out.

@Peter Itamaraca Exactly the main reason many pakistani got married from Brazil. Due alot of applications submission at Brazil Embassy Islamabad Pakistan confused I was applied for 3 times from Brazil embassy Islamabad it was rejected as well I meet with another guy at embassy who was applied for the 4 time but  was Denied again and again. That could be main reason otherwise there is no any particular reason behind this.

@mantharali99, it's really not my place to question what you are doing.

However, having navigated the immigration systems in multiple countries before, what I am hearing from @abthree and @peter_itamaraca, the immigration processes in Brazil are quite "inflexible" and prescriptive - in the sense that applicants are expected to follow the process as described.  There is very little in the process that is subject to interpretation.

The recommendation to have the Brazilian spouse present with you is to help with the language and cultural understanding as there is much in the Brazilian culture that is "implied".

In summary, the recommendation from the experts above is to follow the laid down processes and get help from your Brazilian spouse who would explain and vouch for you to the authorities.

Good luck.

@Mantharali99

My main suggestion at this point for you is to get a brazilian immigration lawyer to help you with is matter.

I have a feeling you are going to keep running into the same issues on your own, as multiple attempts will be in their national database regardless of which country you apply from.
