What area of Bulgaria do you intend to settle in?

I think I speak for the whole forum when I say that we would love to see more Space Lizards in Bulgaria! :-)

Welcome Jeanne, you've made a good choice moving to Bulgaria!  I've been here just over three and half years now and absolutely love to it here.  It's the perfect country for retirement!

Bulgaria is a lovely country.  I think more and more people are moving to Bulgaria.

Just take a walk in downtown  Sofia and you will hear  different

languages everywhere.  The world has discovered Bulgaria...

Gwyn, I do sometimes wonder if Bulgaria is ready for space lizards, with cute little billowing capes blowing in the wind.

JaneMulberry - we are still so excited that we have not pinned it down, Plovdiv, Bansko and Varna/Burgas all seem great for different reasons.  I love the outdoors so Bansko seems great for the warmer months and wintertime with no one around in Sunny Beach sounds ideal to me but I do love some snow in the winter too. I suppose some of the adventure is in figuring it all out right?
