Taxation changes in Thailand

Please read the link under new proposals all income will be taxed thoughts on these proposed changes eg.if I had an income off $37,000 from a rental in Australia then i would pay about 10% tax on that so would end up paying tax on the difference in Thailand that would be about 30,000baht
