Hi, is there anyone who had experience filig a complaint in shoon? I need some answer/advice.

1. I filed a case in shoon because my employer refused my resignation and my passport is with them, I also have salary claim against the company. My visa expired during the shoon hearing. Shoon said they need my passport for extension but that is the reason why I file a case with my employer. How should I wait for shoon case result and do I get the the salary same day as the shoon result?
