Can I leave even if I don't finish my contract ?

Pls i need advice iam working now in bahrain as housemaid for 1 yr now am from phlippines my contract is 2 yr.can i leave even my contract not finish?i have family problems i need to go

If your employer is not cooperating, please contact LMRA +973 995 and explain them the situation.

As I mentioned speak to LMRA to guide you as your having issues with your employer.

Yes you can leave. Make a resignation letter and handover to the employer. Your notice period is 1 month and they should pay you indemnity
