YES, the degree certificate of scientific engineering bachelor鈥檚 degree, academic transcript of records (TOR) must be authenticated, apostilled, and attested from Saudi embassy in your home country.

Submitting forgery documents (fake) or providing false statements to Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) not Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) in the Kingdom is a serious offense.
