What is the cost of renting or buying an apartment or house in Saudi Arabia?

HI, I Live in Riyadh, now a days cost of living is to high, the rent we pay is double, every year the rent is high, the school fee 10% increase, the shopping house hold items prices have increased, everything slowly increased except salary,

What are the tuition fees for children:- increase

What are the average monthly costs for utilities, such as electricity average of nearly 1000sr, gas 25per cylinder, water increase, internet ( Saudi too expensive), and phone plans expensive
