Decency law?!!

So I've just read that Islamist MP's are discussing a new draft law that might impose hijab on all women among other things. I respect women who wear hijab but many expats live here and many residents wear "decently" enough. Will such laws pass in Kuwait?

please note that they had also wanted to bring in Russian "Sex slaves" of both genders, men for the spinster women, and concubines for the married men to prevent adultery.

there is long way from a draft law till the final law , voted by National Assembly and approved by HH the Emir(if i remember corectly this is the order for a new law)...

as for skywolfe...i can tell you Kuwait is more secure than SUA,Europe(most of it)and i'm sure is more safe than South Africa
