URGENT-Looking to rent a house or flat

Hello...I am currently looking for a flat/house/studio to rent..My mum n i live are already living in a rented house..But we're starting to get some issues wid da house owner..She lives in da same house on da 1st floor..it's a nightmare...we're paying Rs4500 for a 1 bedroom house..and da other bills like water and electricity is not included...It's awful..There's no living room..da kitchen is small n our bath/toilet is a shared one (wid da owner)..Unfortunately it was da only place we got when we had to move out from my grandfather's place!!we've been living here for 2 years now,but evrybody is advising us to move out!!
My mum is da only one who's bearing all da expenses and her jobs only offers her Rs6000...

I hope you all can find a solution for me!
I tried looking in da newspaper and all but da renting price in more than what we're paying right now..

Please help my mum and i to find a better place at a lower price
