PCC from India for Kuwait

Hello everyone,

I am getting transferred to Kuwait & asked for the PCC from India. my last Passport was issued from Doha, Qatar as old passport expired & was in Doha for almost 5 yrs. Though I got the PCC procedure completed on 05th of Sept. 2012 & on been asked to authorities on the number of day it would take & even they do not know & the delivery date mentioned on the receipt is 05th Nov. 2012. & my joining date to Kuwait for new assignment is on 01 Oct. 2012.

Does anyone had applied for PCC from India & roughly how long had it taken ?
