Hello,
As suggested by prdurrant, you should apply for a Business visa with a multiple entries.
Also,
If you re married, ask your company to include your wife with you, so you both can get the multiple visa, and you do not depend on the IQAMA anymore to bring her with you.
Otherwise, you ll never bring her into the kingdom only after you get your iQAMA later on.
Once you get yours, your wife should leave the kingdom to re-enter with the invitation you/your company will provide her.
I came here firs time on April 2013, and I did the same thing while my company is applying for my VISA.
