I have been using MetLife Alico for the past one year and their coverage in Bahrain is amazing. I've been to a number of hospitals here and I've had no issues whatsoever. Visit for more information.

My cover has just come through, I can use any hospital anywhere in the world (excl USA)

I am covered for everything except dental (my choice) with zero excess. The insurance costs me BD108 per month
