Sharing accommodation (bed space) is upward of AED 1000 per month.
A studio flat the cheapest area of Dubai (Satwa) is approx AED 2-3000 pm.Ìý This changes depending on where you want to live. I would assume, somewhere close to work.Ìý You can check latest rental rates from gnads4u dot com
If you know how to cook then you should save a bit, but food prices are going up.
Travel is approx 300 upward using the metro and the bus.Ìý If you are buying a car then you would first need a license.Ìý This is a painstaking process and costs on average 10,000/-; but will go up or down based on how many tests you take.

I am getting an offer of 3000 AED plus accommodation in Dubai.

Can anyone advise me if 3000 AED are sufficient to stay in Dubai with one dependent.

Thanks
