There are hundreds of Viet Kieu owned freight forwarding companies all over the states which provide this service - (Chuyen Hang Ve Viet nam) - they will give you a price for both 'shipping and customs' together - or you can opt for 'shipping only' and go to TCS freight terminal at the airport and walk it thru customs yourself.  They ship once a week and it goes by 'space available' air cargo -on China Airlines.  It takes about 4 to 5  days to get here. I would suggest contacting a few different ones and asking them for a price quote. Send them detailed information about each item including retail cost. Once you decide on which company to use, go ahead and order the items online and have them sent to the shipping company with your name and VN phone number in the address.  Follow-up and provide them the tracking numbers so they know you have packages coming.  I've used this company below for over a year and never had any problems.  There are plenty of others though too.

+1 Have used this company many times myself. Never had a problem and the extra cost of electronic items (most others items are shipping charges only) isn't much.
