Hi,
I am teaching in a Danish vocational school in organic agriculture. The school has an international class with students from all over Europe from Portugal to Finland!
The education is complete and very practical with long periods of internship working on organic farms. Organic production in Denmark is very much oriented towards milk production but pigs, beef, vegetable and cereals production are also developping.
Education is for free in Dk for European citizens but students have to pay for their room and food in first semester. During the interships and the next school periods, the students receive salary from the farmer (about 1000聽 after tax).
