I am looking to recruit good web developers (php, mysql , html5 etc...) and graphic designers and procurement people聽 who can speak reasonable english. Does anyone know a good local recruitment site to advertise on?

You can advertise in 24h.com. Besides, you can post advertising in IT university forums. You will receive a ton of CVs

In Vietnam, I know some webs are the best: vietnamworks.com, jobstreet.vn, hr2b.com with 2 langs english and vietnamese.
