Private driver for School Run?

Hi,
I am looking for any information or advice regarding finding and employing a driver /company for the school run to and from Isa Town? Last year I used a bussing company recommended by the school but the pick up times are very early with many pick ups along the way. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. The school run is long but my son just sleeps the whole way there. Also it's a lot cheaper. If you have facebook post on mum's in bahrain classified and you will get an answer quickly. Check their licence though as they can be fake.

The person above is rather expensive if I remember correctly unless he has reduced his prices by more than half
