Can someone tell me the bus route from Singapore to Malaysia. Which bus service is good and cheap rate.

Best to take First Coach bus service, pick up points at Beach Road and Novena square. Drops you off at Bangsar, PJ and One utama KL.

There are several bus lines crossing the causeway to Johore Bahru, and at least one crossing the Second Link to Gelang Patah. They are the cheapest and easiest way to get to Malaysia. Check gothere.sg for further details.
If you want to go further into Malaysia, you can take a long-distance bus or train from Johore Bharu (either Larkin Bus Terminal, or KTM Station), or you can also look for direct long-distance buses departing from various locations in Singapore (use Google to find them).

Thanks, but what about fare?

Within Malaysia, the fares are regulated and differ only slightly from company to company.
From Singapore, you need to ask the operator, and it costs quite a bit more than from Johore Bharu (but the saved time and hazzle is well worth it, IMO).
