School Education in Taiwan

Post new topic

laxrajan

Hello,

I am considering moving to Taiwan for 2 years with my family which comprises, my husband, 2 kids ( 13 and 11 years old) and myself

I would like to know what the education system in Taiwan is like and also if the kids need to learn mandarin

I would also like to know what curriculum the kids would follow in school ( I presume there would be International schools)

I am also interested in knowing about the quality of life, the Indian community etc.

Any inputs regarding these wuold be very helpful in our decision-making process

Thanks in advance,
Lakshmi

Hi There !

Thanks for the response

I am not sure if the kids will be able to pick up Mandarin at such short notice, and hence am thinking of International schools so that when we move back to India after a couple of years they can settle in easily

Any recommendations on good International schools?

Thanks
Lakshmi
