NOC TO WIFE IN INDIA FOR HER PASSPORT USING SPOUSE NAME

Hello,

I am an Indian in riyadh and my wife is issuing fresh passport and need my noc to apply using spouse name. They asked noc from my side stating I have no objection聽 for her issue using my name. Where do I go and make this in riyadh at the earliest. Kindly anybody help in this as it is time bound depending on her appointment date I need to send it also.
