Changing address to ID card

What do i need for this?

Emailed them 3 weeks ago, and havent heard anything back.

EDIT: Found some year old threads, some of them stated that application need to be resubmitted, someone was able to do it on the spot etc..

We changed our address about a year ago and had to re-submit forms J (we are self sufficient ), ID 1A and ID 2. We also were asked to take the lease for our new property + copy, Passport + copy and eResidence card + copy. We
were not asked for proof of income etc. We took spare photos but I can't recall whether these were needed or not.
