Hi,
Are there members in Siem Reap, who as a subscription by Opennet? I'm not happy with my current provider and looking for a other provider. They have now a branch in Siem Reap (Angkor high school St., Wat Bo Village) and what they have to offer, like a 10Mbps fiberglass connection for $39 pm, looks good to me.
