Internet bandwidth availability in Siem Reap?

Friends,

聽聽聽My fianc茅e and I are considering a possible relocation to Siem Reap within the next 12 months, after visiting for 3-4 weeks.聽 We would need to have sufficient bandwidth and speed available(Yes, we know it would cost) to operate our online consulting business.聽 Our question, posed to those actually living in Siem Reap, is, Of the ISPs in Siem Reap, do they tell you the truth about available speeds and bandwidth actually available and at what costs, OR do they lie to new prospective customers and promise speeds and bandwidth which they can not provide?聽 Any information and opinions would be greatly appreciated because we would not be able to relocate to Siem Reap if reliable and fast Internet is not available.
