An event on meditation...

I run an organization in Colombia, Brahma Kumaris, with roots in India. We would like to invite people to come for an afternoon of meditation practice, with vegetarian snacks, all in English.
Date: Saturday, November, 7th, from 3.30 to 5 pm.

We are in Bogota, La Castellana. If you are interested, respond to this forum. We are all volunteers here, so it is a free of charge event.

When you get to be some good at it, you'll be amazed at what you can do.
That's both physical and mental achievements.
