Saudi Attestation of Certificate

I have submitted my certificate on 15th sep 2015 for saudi attestation to new delhi and i got a mail on 8th oct 2015 as " This E-mail is to notify you that you have been successfully registered with Saudi Arabia Cultural Mission,Delhi,India " what does it mean can anybody explain me please.....

It is the first stage of the Attestation..SACA will verify the uploaded documents and will make registration for you.You also get the registration number.After this they will start the process for the University Verification.
