Different Districts.

Post new topic

Dino & Gary

I'm curious to hear from anyone who's lived in more than one district in Belize. Which districts have you lived in and how would you compare them to each other?

I've only lived in Corozal so far, for 3 months, but I drove down the Hummingbird Highway and was taken aback by the scenery and the lushness of it. I have a feeling it may well be more my cup of tea.

We live on the island of San Pedro, which is distinctly different than the mainland.  Turquoise blue water, lots of day and night life. Great food & restaurants, access to every water sport you can imagine. Large Expat community here.  You'll pay more for groceries here, but at the same time we want for nothing on the island - even has incredible cheeseburgers!

More crowded than most villages, except for San Ignacio, which is quite bustling.  Depends on as you say what "your cup of tea" is.  What are you looking for exactly.
