i have offer from bahrain. they mentioned am not allowed to work in another company in bahrain for one if there is resignation or termination.is this legal ?

It could be, it's similar in Saudi. Your previous employer can object to you taking other employment. To do so you would need a no-objection letter from the current employer which they are not obliged to give.

Someone with specific Bahraini info may wish to comment further.

It's reasonable in the sense they pay for you to come out and process all paperwork and costs and then you jump ship, they lose out.
