Most newspapers adverts have it. Most popular is Social media (Facebook) in specialist groups / pages.

I would advise you to go to one of the car agencies e.g. ABC Motors, Leal, etc. as they already have second hand vehicles - they might even give you some form of guarantee. This won't happen if you are buying from an individual, and far too often I've seen people hide past mechanical/electrical issues from buyers.
