Hi
To any person who has a holiday home in Spain.
With the Spanish budget on the horizon. How will it effect you with聽 the extra taxes it is charging on properties
Does it make great any difference to your tax bill.

Can I ask another question.
If I was to buy a house in Spain as a holiday house and have a main house in England.
Would the spanish government聽 tax me extra
Or like anybody else.
The standard bills .water phone. local tax rates.etc

If one does not live in Spain then one pays a tax on owning a property. It is called imputed tax and paid on fo 210.

The same applies of a person who lives in Spain has additional properties anywhere worldwide.聽聽 I pay for a lock up garage in Spain and my wife's house on Philippines

We have a local Gestor whom most non-Spanish think is wonderful.聽聽Unfortunately that is because they do not know what is required.聽 On several occasions I have found her knowledge very lacking and on a couple of occasions she has asked my advice on tax issues.聽聽

So you makes your choice and takes your chance !
