He won't have an iqama as long as he on a business visa.

I think insurance also may not be covered.

Bank account cannot be opened

Stay depends on his visa validity

Mr. Ali

2) Is it medical insurance covered for him? No, only the visit insurance he takes will be his coverage and limitation
3) Is it GOSI will cover him? No GOSI for expats, except for hazard insurance and that too if he is enrolled as staff
4) Is it Salary pay through Bank or Cash - will have to be cash in this case since he is not on work visa
5) Maximum how long he can stay? Stay for the duration of visa
6) Please clarify any other matters if I missed in above. - not able to drive or rent a car unless he has an international driving license.

Thank you very much HRGuru!

All your replies are valuable.

Can you please explain more about Visa duration single & multi

Thanks
Kamal

Single means just one time entry to the KSA for the number of days stipulated on the stamped visa.

Multiple means you can exit and re-enter KSA 'n' number of times but there are other complications in it.

For example, your total number of days for the visa is 360 days, you'll have another term saying maximum days for stay maybe 15, 30, 60 or 90 days. This means that your total visa is valid for 360 days, but you need to exit and re-enter every 15, 30, 60 or 90 days as per the visa.

Hope this helps!

I would like to know that if am I transfer as a local transfer am I entitled for my entitle ticket from my previous employer? Please let me know what is Saudi labor law stating?

Regarding the insurance, I know that in some KSA embassies abroad, since late 2016, it is now mandatory to obtain/present a local health insurance before a business visa can be issued.

It's worth asking in the place where you will apply for the business is they have health insurance options to choose from. They're decently priced, contrary to what one might expect.

I have a question regarding this matter, could  I bring my kids with me using the work visit visa?

Aalim

Thanks Ali-N and all for your useful comments.

I am In a work visit visa now. I can't open bank account, but I receive my salary in cheque. my company covers my medical insurance.

regarding the question from Lumaabuhdeeb, In the visa stamp there is a point shows how many companions with you. in my case it was zero. But we can conclude that your company can invite you and your family through a work visit visa. A friend of mine knows some one who did that.

Best of Luck,
Aalim

Once 90 days are over. Do companies extend visa for 90 more days ? do we need to exit and re-enter after every 90 days? How many days it will take to get visa extended for 90 days?
