Beaches no longer being cleaned???

We have been in Condado for a month now and in the past beaches were cleaned and raked every morning. This past week - nothing! Did the funding for this stop?

Possibly, but if they did cut the funds it is a 2 edge sword, bad / dirty beaches in tourist areas work against them.

Agreed - very noticeable and getting bad despite most people cleaning up for themselves.
