Moving to hills in Tao Alto

We found聽 ourt dream home in Tao Alto.聽 I'm not sure if it is a good area to live.聽 It is up in the hills and fully secured.聽 Does anyone have information on this area and if there are schools near by that are English speaking and affordable?

Should be a tranquil area to live and to listen to the Coqui and roosters. Have to drive to any beach.
