I am from Pakistan.

I have two sons and a wife, Alhamdollilah,

i want to bring my family here to Riyadh,

how much expanses are required? like for visa, iqama, medical insurance, etc

If you are inviting them on permanent visa. it will cost you 2000 SAR. rest of the amount i.e. Iqama, insurance tickets etc. would be paid by your company if you have family status. In that case you have to pay 100SAR monthly for each person as a family tax. In your case tax would be 300 per month since you have 3 family members. but remember, tax will be 200SAR monthly per person from next year.

If you want to invite them on visit visa. It will cost you aprox. 3000SAR for each visa. Visa is valid for 3 months and then you can extend visit up-to 6 months.
In that case you won't have to pay family tax.
