Hello,

I'm french and I live to France. I have a big problem with my english neighbour but he live to Manchester. I have his adresse but I look for his phone but from France it is very difficult. I would like to know if there is a sorte of "wihte page" in internet. When I think I've found, it's always advertising websites. Do you know a website of telecommunication ?
