What does it take to open a restaurant in Denmark?

What are the requirements to open a restaurant in Denmark?
Even a small one.
For example :
(Apart from the capital)
Attending an HACCP course ?
Bureaucracy?
Is for a foreign citizen more difficult to open a restaurant?
Does the government encourage foreign cuisine restaurants and shop?
Is there a website about this in Denmark?
I red the DVFA must approve the activity..... veterinary !

I don't work in the food industry but I work with different business's all over Europe and I have to be honest

Netherlands and the Dutch part of Belgium take professionalism to another level everytime I talk and do business with them I always think what is it about these places that make them so professional in everything they do and I thank them for making my job and life easier

I deal will all markets in the EU in my job and all I can say is thank you and only in those places it is worth opening a company whatever it is you will receive competent information at will not get the run around they work less hours but get things done they are on point the rest of the world needs to take notes
