If somebody wants to register a company in Vietnam , how much cost for registration and start a small business?

The registration will most likely be somewhere between 3 to 5 million VND if you do it yourself; naturally, a service company will cost more. You should be aware that the legalities are very complicated when opening the business under a foreign name. Governments around the world tend to frown on money leaving their country, that is why the process is so hard when opening the business under a foreign name.聽
As for the cost of opening the business that really depends on how much you want to invest and what type of business you are opening. The cost can vary a lot.
