Long term car Hiring or leasing

Hello.

I will be living in Sliema for the next year or two and need a solution for getting around. Im open to car leasing, Car hiring and car sharing. I don't mind a small car but want something reliable?

Any ideas on whats available and the costs?

Thank you so much for your recommendation. I have tried to call Matthew a few times and his phone seems to be constantly busy. However I will persist.
