hi everybody
returning To DR after some years in NYC,we intend to rent a car a couple of weeks, time for us to look for and buy an used truck.
any recomandation/exp茅rience about rental agencies in Punta Cana Airport?

PUJ official website is a good place to start:

Go to airport services and transportation and you get a full list of car hire outfits with contact numbers at each terminal and take your pick.

Nelly is a local outfit and my experience with them several years ago was decent.

As with all DR rental companies they will charge you for the slightest mark/damage, so check the car out thoroughly or better have full cover with zero excess. And get 'casa de conductore' included in your cover is my advice.

Good advice. You probably already know to get full insurance. And never give them your passport, only let them copy it!
