Hello,

I am a Thai nationality ( Buddhist) and my fianc茅 is an American ( Christian) We are planning to get married in Bahrain cause both of us work here.

We have no idea about the process of getting married here, what and where do we have to start with? including the documents we need. Also how long usually it takes to finish ?

PS. I am divorced, I only have the copied divorced paper with me. Do I need the original one?

You should be able to register the marriage in your embassies. See the US Embassy link below:
