Hello, I made a routine Gyno appointment here in Portugal and I'm really nervous and don't know what to expect. I don't speak Portuguese. Any advice or personal experiences with that?

My wife and son relocated to Portugal 2 years ago. We also have a useful app called "Kovered" (kovered.io) that is very helpful in locating health and wellbeing needs. You will also find clinics etc that speaks English

Hope this helps

Hello I am going oftenly before to a gynecologist because of my pregnancy. If you prefer in private you have nothing to worry because the Gynecologists doctors in private are speaking English. Also in public if you will ask them kindly if they can speak english to you they can as well. The people in hospitals are very kind. Or if you are still scared you better bring one of your portuguese neighbour or friends with you.
